Lucknow: The School of Management Sciences (SMS), Lucknow, celebrated its Aaagman-2026 –A Fresher’s Day on 10th October 2026, with great enthusiasm, joy, and excitement, marking a warm welcome to the newly admitted students. The event provided an excellent platform for interaction, talent showcase, and bonding between the new students and their seniors in a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere.
The programme was graced by Sharad Singh, Secretary and CEO, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow, whose special address was one of the key highlights of the occasion. In his inspiring speech, Shri Singh welcomed the newcomers and encouraged them to pursue academic excellence, develop professional skills, uphold ethical values, and make the most of the opportunities available at the institution. He emphasized the importance of discipline, teamwork, innovation, and leadership in shaping successful careers and responsible citizens.
Yash Senger, the Founder and President of La Fiducie, participated in Aaagman-2026 as a Special Guest, where he addressed the youth and encouraged them to believe in themselves, work hard, and remain dedicated to their goals. He emphasized the importance of discipline, determination, and positive thinking in achieving success.
The celebration featured a series of engaging activities, cultural performances, interactive sessions, and personality-based competitions that showcased the confidence, creativity, and talent of the new students. The much-awaited titles of Fresher-Syed Zeya Askari (BBA) and Ms. Fresher-Anushka Sharma (BBA) added special excitement to the event, recognizing the participants for their personality, confidence, communication skills, and overall performance. The students of Abhivykti Club also set up food and beverage stalls, making a successful effort to transform the programme into a vibrant and festive celebration.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from senior students, faculty members, administrative staff, and other officials of the institution. The active involvement of the seniors helped create a welcoming and supportive environment, fostering camaraderie and strengthening the spirit of unity among students across batches.

Under the leadership of the Programme Coordinator, Dr. Shobhana Singh, the student members of the Institute’s Abhivyakti Club contributed wholeheartedly to the successful organization of the event.
